Paper Submission

You should provide your workshop's chairs/editors with the following for camera-ready paper submission:

  • A PDF file with the  camera ready version of your paper according to the formats described. When generating your PDF you should disable any protection or security settings that may prevent us extracting text from your file. You will need to submit a final file in PDF format without page numbers!
  • A zip file with a zip file containing your complete source. This is to ensure proper rendering in the final proceedings.
  • A signed ACM Copyright form as instructed below.

PDF Files generation:

The PDF file should have Type 1 fonts (scalable), not Type 3 (bit-mapped). If bit-mapped fonts are used, they will not necessarily display legibly in all PDF readers on all platforms. We recommend that your test your pdf (print and display) on several viewers, e.g. both on Ghostview/GSview and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You must use True Type Fonts and all fonts must be embedded and subset. You can check the document properties to see what fonts are used (e.g., if you use Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to File --> Document Properties --> Fonts).

Please submit your camera ready using your specific workshop's submission instructions.
